Elements 4 Life is one of Canberra’s leading functional training and coaching providers and has taken another step forward with its second facility in a brand new complex in Belconnen, Canberra.

Adaptive Interiors recently completed the interior fit-out for Elements4Life over the course of 7 weeks. Featuring monochrome colour scheme with black ceilings and stunning polished concrete flooring along with pops of colour and natural timber it resulted in a sleek, modern gym fit-out designed to provide an environment for members that would inspire, motivate and encourage.
